For weeks I have been getting a lot of tension in my neck, often leading to headaches. But my experiments with meditating while standing continue, and today I made a breakthrough with my neck. As usual, I felt the trance-like energy enter my arms and then legs, and I began swaying and dancing like tai-chi. Then I noticed a build up of tension in my neck, and realised that I was holding my neck and face wooden. I allowed the lovely vibes to enter my neck and - goddamnit - my face had to relax too. My residual neck tension gradually reduced, and now my neck is feeling a lot better. I hope to remember that surrender next time I am getting a headache. . .
