During my summer break, I tried going for a week without meditating (it was a busy and sociable time). I was having a lot of fun and I was in beautiful natural environments, but after a few days I noticed significant changes in my aura and state of mind. My thoughts became more repetitive and I felt inspiration was harder to achieve. My aura started to feel dirty. When I did return to daily meditation, I found a backlog of dark vibes to clear. Fortunately, they were easy to shake with a little meditation. I don't think I'm addicted to meditation, but I think it really helps me to maintain a positive outlook and astral hygiene.
